Description

The discovery of Tutankhamun’s tomb in the Valley of the Kings by Howard Carter in 1922 resulted an intense interest in all things Egyptian.

This is an 18K yellow gold Egyptian revival ring, dated circa 1930, featuring a carved carnelian scarab with a hieroglyph on the reverse.

It is set in a polished gold bezel with decorative shoulders.
